Yeringberg Cabernet Sauvignon is only made in years of outstanding fruit quality. Its inaugural vintage, Yeringberg's first single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, was in 2017.

The fruit is sourced from 1999 estate plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon grown on slopes overlooking the Yarra River floodplain. After vinification, wine matures for two years in French oak.

Crimson purple, Yeringberg Cabernet Sauvignon is a supple, savoury wine with dark berry flavours and lasting length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
